What makes Modu-Loc's product better than other fence suppliers?
In short we have the best fencing system in North America followed by a strong sense of pride in our service.

Our product is a heavy duty fencing system and because our fence is stronger and our components longer we are able to achieve greater stability in our fence lines. We are also the leading innovator of temporary fencing systems in Canada.


How much time do I need to give for my order?

Most of our customers order one week in advance, but our official response time is within 24 hours or next business day. Urgent orders are usually handled the same day assuming you have an account setup and particular attention is given to emergency orders.


How do the gates work?

We have several solutions for gates all of which can be placed anywhere in the fence line.

  • 5' pedestrian gate
  • 10' swing gate
  • 10' sliding gate
  • 20' double swing gate
  • 20' double sliding gate

Who is responsible if the panels get damaged or components are missing?

Modu-Loc's panels are the most durable in the industry making them less susceptible to damage. The 9 gauge wire mesh is individually welded to the inside of the frame and the frame itself is made of steel 2.5 millimeters thick.

If panels or components are damaged or missing it is the customers responsibility.

I am concerned about security. How secure is Modu-Loc's fencing system?

This is an excellent question to ask any Modu-Loc employee. The ways in which you could heighten security could be to use 8' high fencing, security clamps or security rails. There are several other options depending on your unique situation.


How do I setup an account with Modu-Loc?

Simply fill out Modu-Loc's account application form to setup the account. On your first order we request that customers supply a credit card for the first month’s charges. You can continue to use your credit card or be invoiced for the next month's rental or for new orders. For Event customers we prefer payment for the event via credit card or a certified cheque.
